Steel beam penetration hole reinforcement method "PosiRing Method" [Shortens steel fabrication time]

A penetration hole reinforcement method that emphasizes welding volume and workability for small to medium-sized properties with many penetration holes below φ300, aiming for labor-saving efficiency!

The Posiring method is a construction technique that reinforces through-holes provided in steel beams. The "Posiring method" being released this time is a product developed specifically for small to medium-sized projects with many through-holes of φ300 or less, focusing on reducing welding volume and improving workability for labor-saving purposes. 【Features】 ■ No need for marking and flipping the beams. This can shorten the manufacturing time of the steel structure. By inserting the protrusion to align with the lower hole, positioning can be achieved, allowing the marking work to be omitted. Additionally, since flipping the beams is not necessary, the manufacturing time of the steel structure can be reduced. ■ Construction is possible with fillet welding. Welding volume can be reduced. The installation is completed by performing fillet welding around the entire circumference of the Posiring. Therefore, after assembly welding, it can be smoothly installed without the need for flipping the beams. ■ It has obtained evaluation from the Japan Building Center. The structural performance and workability have been evaluated based on full-scale experiments and analyses, receiving certification from the Japan Building Center (a public interest incorporated foundation). *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download.

Reinforcement of existing beam after hole cutting: "Redouble Method"

Post-extraction opening reinforcement of beams using carbon fiber and cast steel plates - 'Redouble Method'

The "Ridabble Method" is a reinforcement technique that uses carbon fiber sheets, carbon fiber plates, and specialized anchoring hardware (cast steel plates) to shear-reinforce the cut-out sections of existing beams, allowing them to achieve a load-bearing capacity equal to or greater than that of the beams before the openings. This method has obtained general evaluation certification. Unlike traditional anchoring methods using L angles or flat bars for carbon fiber sheets, this method is compact and simple, yet ensures reliable anchoring of the carbon fiber sheets. There are two types of anchoring plates: flat type and vertical type, which can also be applied to reinforcement of wall-mounted columns and T-shaped beams. 【Features】 ■ A method that has obtained general evaluation certification for opening reinforcement General evaluation (Public Interest Incorporated Foundation) Better Living CBL RC001-10 ■ Suitable for opening reinforcement due to equipment renewal ■ Allows for pseudo-closed reinforcement through the use of anchoring hardware ■ Applicable to underground beams as well *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
